Bob Dye is the founder and owner of Good Shepherd Bookkeeping Solutions. With a deep understanding of the importance of efficient financial management, Bob is committed to providing the peace of mind that comes from knowing your ministry, small business, or nonprofit is in capable hands. Whether you’re a pastor, staff member, board member, or business leader, Bob brings a wealth of experience and expertise to meet your financial needs. Here’s a brief overview of the skills and knowledge he offers:

  • Over 18 years of pastoral ministry experience, serving in key leadership roles such as Senior Pastor and Administrative Pastor.
  • Extensive oversight of financial, payroll, and administrative operations for a mid-sized church, ensuring smooth and efficient organizational management.
  • Executive Director of a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families of children with disabilities, bringing a heart for service and strategic leadership.
  • Several years of banking experience, including a tenure at Evangelical Christian Credit Union, where he managed commercial lending and cash management for over 100 ministries in the Bay Area.
  • Founded Good Shepherd Bookkeeping Solutions in 2018, providing specialized financial services to ministries and small businesses.
